Each family will receive a new calendar of events and activities for 2008 a week from now.  In addition, the 2008 budget will also be distributed.

Please keep this as reference throughout the year, as to keep updated with the church’s important dates.  Also be reminded that our sjbci.org is updated with the new 2008 events, so you can always readily access our church calendar online too.

Ministry leaders are encouraged to go and form their ministry team.  Then proceed to conducting meetings in order to orient your people and thus, we will have launchings of different major activities for the first quarter of this year.  These activities are in line with our emphasis of Building-Up the Body.

Worship Service on this date ONLY will have a new format.  Regular Sunday School will end at 9:50am.  Worship will start at 10am and end at 10:45am.  Then the Annual Meeting will follow.  This decision was reached after going through different alternatives.  This decision was scheduled so that ALL attending members in worship may be able to join the Annual Meeting at the presentation of 2008 Budget and POA.

This Sunday, the 13th, every member shall receive the 2007 Summary Work of the church.  This summary notes shall reflect the cumulative efforts of the church in striving to honor and glorify the Lord through the church.  This was written with the hope of encouraging our people to appreciate modest growth and progress God has allowed us to have attained.
