Worship Ministry :: Choir

Under the direction of Sis. Marchesa Ababa, our Worship ministry is blessed to have devoted musicians who participate in the choir.

Music is sung in four part harmony: Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass. The choir usually renders a song during service every Sunday, as well as major events like the church anniversary, Easter, and Christmas.

Typically, the choir’s biggest yearly endeavors include both the Easter and Christmas Cantatas, musical concerts held at the church for members and visitors. These are usually very highly anticipated times for the choir, as well as for the church body, as they hear the message presented through music, skits, and songs.

If you have the gift for music, we strongly encourage you to seek out our music director to help you be matriculated into the practices. There is no prerequisite of experience in music theory to join the choir, just availability and a heart for service.
